What I will NOT draw:• Anything discriminatory or hateful
• Gore
• Explicit NSFW

Basic workflow:

• Send all your ideas and references to either of the following:
discord (@thephantom245), DMs on wherever we happen to be discussing
• I will calculate the price
• after confirming the price i will make a sketch
• after sketch is confirmed, i will await payment
• Payment via PayPal in EURO, RON or PLN
*in case of ron and pln, local payment methods can be discussed
• there will be a few check-ins along the way, as i see fit
• after confirming everything is up to your liking i will send the finished piece in a high quality format

Solid color or gradients backgrounds are FREE,
more complicated ones depend, but should be between 10€ - 20€.
*commissions that are more focused on the background can go over 20€Extra characters that appear in the same piece are 50% from the original price.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:
♦ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
♦ The only prices that will be taken into consideration are the ones posted on this site (https://phantomcomms.carrd.co). Those are the most up-to-date prices and any older variations of the price list found published on my various social media accounts are not valid anymore.
♦ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
♦ All artwork is transferred digitally.
♦ Artwork cannot be used for commercial use.
♦ I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece in my portfolio or upload it to any of my socials. If you do not wish your commission to be public, you have to state beforehand.
♦ The commissioned artwork might be used by me to advertise my skills (meaning it could get used in examples of commissions, sheets, portfolios, etc.)
♦ My work cannot be used to train AIs or turned into NFTs.
♦ By commissioning an “artistic nudity” piece, you must confirm that you are over 18 years old.Payment & Fees:
♦ The payments will be made in EURO via PayPal.
* Alternative to this is paying in PLN or RON, if you live in either Romania or Poland. In those cases, payment method can be discussed. A discount may apply for people who live in those two countries.
♦ Payment has to be made in full, upfront.
♦ A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
♦ Additional fees may be charged for excessive or major revisions.
♦ Once the payment is received, I will continue to work on the rest of the commission until it is finished.Turnaround time:
♦ The completion for most standard commissions is estimated to be around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.
* This can extend over 4 weeks in case of very complex commisions, such as ones with multiple characters or detailed background.
♦ In case of delays, you will be notified.Process & Workflow:
♦ I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.
♦ After sketch approval, the overall idea of the drawing (eg. pose, composition, angle) cannot be changed.
♦ Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
♦ You can request WIPs at any point.
♦ Sketch and any in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.Refunds:
♦ A refund may be accepted only if something intervenes and I cannot finish your commission anymore.
♦ The client has full right to request a refund if I take more than 12 months to finish.
♦ I do not accept refunds after the commission has been finished or is very close to being finished.
♦ You can receive a refund if I did not start on your commission yet.
♦ If, after receiving the sketch, you are not satisfied, you may receive a partial refund.
♦ You may cancel the commission any time in the beginning stages, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. As nothed above, I will not issue refunds if the commission is finished or almost finished.Copyright and Usage Policy:
♦ I retain the rights over any commissioned works.
♦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, in the form of advertisements, portfolio, or any other form of promoting my activity online.
* You are oblligated to mention if you do not wish your commission to be public.
* A finished commission that is already posted online will not be taken down if you fail to mention this beforehand.
♦ I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork in the form of speedpaints or anything similar.
♦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
♦ The final product is strictly for your personal use only.
♦ The client may print the work for personal use.
♦ The client has permission to use the commissioned piece as banner, profile picture, or any other social related purpose, even if they earn a revenue from those platforms, with the condition that I will be credited, preferably with a link to my site when possible.
♦ The client may upload the image on social media, as long as the watermark/signature is clearly visible and I am properly credited.
♦ The client may not claim the artwork as theirs.
♦ The client may not remove signature/watermark.
♦ You may not make alterations to the commissioned piece and then claim ownership. If you want to collaborate with me on a piece, please discuss that with me and we can come to an agreement.
♦ My art may not be fed to AIs. The client is not permitted to use AI to finish the sketches or linework commissioned.
♦ You may not train AIs using my art.What you will receive:
♦ The image is always sent as .jpg at 300 DPI, unless you request a different resolution and/or file type.
♦ You will receive the final produc thought a cloud link, usually Mediafire link, unless you mention some other method. This is done to avoid compression so that the client may receive the highest quality possible for the piece.
♦ For an additional fee, you can request the .PSD or .CSP file of your commission. This will include all the layers and raw data of the file.For commissioned stickers:
♦ Stickers are optimized so they will work on Telegram. They can be uploaded to other platforms but it falls on the client to transfer them there.
♦ You will receive the individual stickers as .png in two versions: the original resolution and the compressed version that Telegram accepts.
♦ The client must mention if the sticker pack will be created by me or by them.
♦ The client must mention if the sticker pack can be public and linked to. If not, the stickers will be displayed on my site and socials as collage, and not linked directly to the pack.

you must provide:
- clear character reference
- list of expressions you want to receive
- references or detailed descriptionextra fees may apply if your character(s) has more complex elements
e.g intricate patterns, overly detailed clothes, extra limbs or wings.
this will be discussed in advance.slightly suggestive stickers are allowed.
if you are not sure about it, just ask.
usual commission rules apply

the free sticker will have one character.
stickers with multiple characters don't qualify for that one.the pack will contain however many stickers you order + one signature sticker.
you are allowed to add more stickers in a pack if you later decide to order more.
